Professional Experience
Mauro joined Grant Thornton in 2007. Director with power of attorney since 2014 and partner since 2016, is now head of North east area for audit & assurance services and head of Treviso e Padova officies.
Since 2018 is head of comunication and marketing of the firm.
Previously he worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers SpA, at Treviso office.
He has extensive experience in various areas, among which: multi-utility Sector, manifatturing sector, logistical, distribution, retail and Special Purpose Vehicle auditing built for securitisation transactions.
Head in charge for auditing the financial statements and consolidated financial statements prepared according to Italian law, he has gained many years of experience also in financial statements prepared according to IAS / IFRS, US GAAP, reporting package prepared for international groups, evaluation of comfort letter both on the listing processes and on the bonds listed on the domestic and foreign markets. Mauro has an excellent knowledge of administrative-accounting and management control systems.
Mauro is a member of boards of statutory auditors of important companies in the north east and has had roles of CTP on behalf of proceedings of the Court of Treviso.
Education
Mauro received his Degree in Business Economics from Università degli Studi Ca’ Foscari of Venice in 2000.

Mauro is Chartered Accountant and Registered Auditor in Treviso.
