Professional experience
In the 2002, he started to work as an Auditor in a Big Four. After this
experience he decided to accept a job opportunity in the Financial
Advisory -Transaction&Restructuring. Here he worked on financial
assessment, development opportunities analysis, financial due diligence,
business plan and restructuring.
Gianluca has an extensive experience in the pre and post deal support
advising Italian and foreign clients on post merger integration services,
pre-deal support, strategy & market, accounting advisory.
