Ferdinando joined Grant Thornton in 2014.
He currently holds the position of Associate Partner at Ria Grant Thornton.
Previously, he worked from 2011 to 2014 at Kpmg S.p.A. holding the position of Auditor.
Ferdinando has experience in auditing statutory and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with Italian civil law (Art. 2423 et seq. CC), international (IAS/IFRS) and American (US GAAP), Group reporting packages, half-yearly financial reports, and financial closings of listed companies.
In addition, he has followed due diligence projects on behalf of institutional investors, Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, companies listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, as well as Capital Market and IPO projects.
Among the sectors in which he has mainly carried out his activity and specialized are Energy, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Media, and E-commerce.
Education
Ferdinando graduated in Business Administration and Liberal Professions from the LIUC – Cattaneo University.

Ferdinando is registered as Chartered Accountant and entered on the National Register of Auditors.
