Giampiero De Angelis

Professional Experience

Giampiero joined Grant Thornton in 1982. Partner since 1999, he is currently President and Managing Partner of Ria Grant Thornton S.p.A.

He is also managing partner of Central-Southern Italy area and Head of Naples Office.

The areas, which he is most specialized in, are automotive, large distribution, services, research, transportation, public companies, highways, aeronautics, food & beverage, soccer sports clubs, private healthcare, packaging, heavy industry, electric and gas utilities, and public shareholding companies.

Giampiero ha experience as speaker at Conferences and Seminars on topics related to accounting, the consolidated and financial statements and auditing in companies, professional orders.

Education

Giampiero graduated in Economics & Management from D'Annunzio University.

Giampiero is registered in section A of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Naples at no. 2708 / 1124A and in the Register of Auditors D.M. of 12/04/1995 G.U. supp. N. 31 Bis (registration number 17689).

• Director of the College of Accountants and Commercial Experts of the Judicial District of the Court of Naples from 2001 to 2007
• Director delegated to the Disciplinary Commission
