Professional experience
Vincenzo joined Grant Thornton in 1991.
Partner since 2008, he currently holds the positions of Head of Human Resources and managing Partner of the Rome and Palermo offices.
Previously, he worked from 1991 to 1996 at Ria Mazars, holding the role of senior and from 1996 to 2006 at Ria & Partners as a senior manager.
Among the areas in which he has mostly carried out his activity and specialized are auditing of the financial statements of national and international companies and issuers of securities traded on regulated markets (Borsa Italiana); due diligence; business plan certification; valuation; impairment test and IFRS transaction.
Main sectors: food & beverage, services, manufacturing, GDO.
Vincenzo also holds the position of statutory auditor of joint stock companies.
Moreover, he has experience as speaker at courses and conferences organized by the Order of Chartered Accountants of Rome and participates in teaching in the Business Sciences course of Prof. Andrea Giornetti, Faculty of Economics of the La Sapienza University of Rome.

Vincenzo graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome La Sapienza in 1988.
